Karthik Balachandran

Karthik Balachandran is a seasoned professional in Quality Assurance with extensive experience in leading teams and enhancing testing practices. Currently serving as a Senior Leader of QA at tamigo since April 2023, Karthik focuses on automation and aligning quality strategies with business objectives for a SaaS workforce management product. Prior to this, Karthik held the position of Senior Manager, Quality Assurance at Clarivate from February 2020 to April 2023, overseeing the quality delivery of Intellectual Property Management Systems and contributing to the establishment of QA standards and methodologies. Karthik’s career also includes significant roles at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed non-functional requirement testing and ERP specialization, as well as foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Infosys and a Technical Support Specialist at HCL Technologies. Karthik earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
