Alessandro Giani serves as the Head of Governance and Corporate Affairs at TAMINI TRASFORMATORI Srl, managed by Terna Spa, since September 2022. Previously, Alessandro was the Internal Audit and Risk Manager at NMS Group, the Financial Analyst at Arriva Italia, and a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, gaining multifaceted experience across diverse sectors. Education includes an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s Degree in Economia e Commercio from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
