Emad Tulbah

Emad Tulbah is a Bid Management Specialist at Tamkeen Technologies since July 2019, responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process and preparing proposals for submission to Etimad. Previously, Emad worked as an Analyst in Bid Management at Advanced Electronics Company from January to April 2019, where responsibilities included offering products and services, preparing costing sheets based on RFPs, and developing technical solutions for projects. Emad also has experience as a Sales Representative at Mobily in July 2018. Emad holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Royal Commission for Yanbu Colleges & Institutes, earned between 2013 and 2019.
