Suliman Alswilem

Suliman Alswilem, MBA has extensive work experience in various business development and management roles. Suliman is currently the Director of Business Development at Tamkeen Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Elm Company as a Sr. Business Development Manager and Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing policy-related initiatives and supporting the development and scaling of the Social Venture Accelerator. Before that, Suliman worked at Takamol Holding as a Financial Solution Manager, focusing on facilitating funding for small and medium enterprises through the Musharkh government program. Suliman also has experience at AlRajhi Bank, where they served as an Assistant Corporate Operations Manager, Telesales Manager, Corporate Relationship Manager in the SME Banking Department, and Call Center Supervisor.

Suliman Alswilem obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the University of Scranton in the year 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Adelphi University, completing their undergraduate studies between the years 2010 and 2013. In 2010, Suliman attended the ELS English Language Centre where they completed an English Language Program.

In terms of additional certifications, Suliman obtained the Pricing Strategy certification from Harvard Business School in April 2023. Suliman also completed a Public Relation and Corporate Communication program at the Balnce Score Training Center in January 2023. In 2018, they acquired a PMP Exam Preparation Program certification from the LEORON Institute. Furthermore, Suliman attained the Successful Supervision certification from the Charisma Group in May 2008, and The Future Leaders certification from the same institution in September 2007.
