Esam Hammad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, marketing, and partnerships. Currently serving as Executive Director of Customer Experience and Marketing at Tamkeen since April 2011, Esam oversees marketing communications and customer service initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and public engagement in Bahrain. Previously, as Director of Partnerships & Customer Engagement, Esam managed strategic projects and secured notable partnerships with Amazon Web Service, MIT Enterprise Forum, and more. Achievements include receiving the highest service rating under government evaluation and winning the best government call center award in MENA for two consecutive years. In addition to roles at Tamkeen, Esam serves as Advisor on the College Council at the British University of Bahrain and Managing Director of the Global Entrepreneurship Network Bahrain Chapter. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from St. Edward's University.
