Tracy Scieszinski serves as the Executive Director of Customer Experience at Mass General Brigham since December 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Raytheon Technologies where Tracy held the Director of Global Service Excellence position, overseeing global team transformations in People and Payroll Service Delivery, as well as managing the global deployment of various HR systems. Prior to Raytheon, Tracy was a Strategic HR Business Partner at Rockwell Collins, significantly transforming the global human resources and finance organizations through innovative strategies and process redesigns. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Mount Mercy University.
