Najma al-Wadi

Najma Al-Wadi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tamkeen, Najma has previously held key positions including Head of Ila Digital & IT at ila Bank and Vice President - Head of Digital Development at Bank ABC. Experience also includes leading eBanking and Development initiatives at Arab Banking Corporation. Najma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UAE University and completed executive education at Harvard Business School in March 2023.
