Jeremy Baer

Jeremy Baer has a strong background in manufacturing and analytics. Jeremy started their career in 2010 as a Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager at TAMKO, where they successfully managed projects to improve manufacturing processes. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Director of Asphalt Processing, where they oversaw the operations and quality control of asphalt manufacturing. Jeremy then moved up to the position of Assistant General Manager in 2017, where they gained valuable experience in overall management and strategic planning. Currently, Jeremy is the Director of Manufacturing AI and Analytics at TAMKO, responsible for implementing AI and data-driven strategies to optimize manufacturing processes. Prior to their work at TAMKO, they served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy from 2005 to 2010.
