Jim Howard is an experienced facilities management and operations professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Facilities Management Consultant since August 2023, Jim has been the Fleet & Facilities Manager at Tampa Armature Works since March 2005, overseeing DOT compliance and a 255-vehicle fleet while managing security and maintenance for multiple facilities across several states. Previous roles include project manager at Terminix International, leading GPS tracking implementation for a large fleet, and serving as a Senior Communications Officer for the U.S. Department of Energy, where tactical response to security threats was a focus.
