Prior to rejoining the Buccaneers, Alex worked as a Box Office Manager for Live Nation and the Tampa Bay Lightning, and gained ticket operations experience at Ticketmaster and the Charlotte Hornets. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Flagler College, earned between 1996 and 1998.
