Byron Kiefer

Byron Kiefer enters his 17th season overall with the Buccaneers and fourth as Senior National Scout, after having worked as a National Scout for the previous three seasons. He is responsible for scouting select prospects east of the Mississippi river. Kiefer spent the previous nine seasons working as an area scout, handling the Southeast region of the country. Since joining the staff, Kiefer has been a part of two NFC South division championships and Super Bowl LV.
