Jatin Bhai

Jatin Bhai began their work experience in 2001 as a Program Analyst and QA Test Analyst at Infotel Software. Jatin then worked as a Sr. QA Engineer at Ed-Ventures E-Learning from 2004 to 2005. Following that, they served as a Sr. QA Engineer (Lead) at Systech International from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Jatin worked as a Sr. Test Analyst at Agilesoft Inc. Moving forward, they gained extensive experience at TBO.COM, starting as a QA Lead from 2008 to 2011. Later, they became the Technical Business Head of Techmaster Travel Solutions from 2011 to 2018. Jatin then served as the Business Head of TBO AIR (TBO Holidays) from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Product at TBO.COM and manages the TBO Holidays Product vertical globally. During the COVID pandemic, Jatin successfully launched a Travel Insurance Product, contributing to a new revenue source. Jatin leads a team of resources across Product, QA, UI/UX Design, and Operations, reporting to the Chief Product Technology Officer (CPTO). Jatin is also known for developing renowned products used by every Travel Business in MEA and providing trainings on complete business models to Product Management and QA Teams.

Jatin Bhai's education history includes an Executive Diploma in Advanced Management for Senior Managers from XLRI Jamshedpur, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they specialized in Advanced Java Programming at NIIT Pune in 2001. In 1999, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University. Jatin Bhai also holds a Master Diploma in Software Technology from IEC UNIVERSITY, a Certificate Course in Computing from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and an 'O' Level Diploma in Computers from Air Force Vocational College. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Business Plan development and Decision Making from Harvard Business School Online, Leadership Skills from Udemy, and several others.
