Shubham Gupta

Shubham Gupta is an experienced professional in the technology and customer success domains, currently serving as the Associate Director - Customer Success (API) at TBO.COM since November 2023. Prior to this role, Shubham held the position of Global Head - Technology at EaseMyTrip.com for one year. Shubham's career at TBO.COM began in January 2016, during which time Shubham progressed from Senior Software Engineer to Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, and finally to Associate Director, demonstrating strong leadership in backend engineering, team productivity, and product development. Shubham's early career included a role as Project Engineer at Wipro from February 2013 to January 2016. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, achieved between 2008 and 2012.
