Mary Dillon

Mary Dillon brings extensive experience in grant writing, youth development, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Director of Grants and Government Relations at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Mary previously held key positions such as Vice President of Youth Development and Director of Research and Grants at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay. Prior roles include Director of Research and Grants at the Museum of Science & Industry, Grants and Business Development Specialist at Grant Pathways, and Executive Director at Rural Social Services Partnership, Inc. Mary also has a background in consulting for various nonprofits and has contributed significantly to policy and procedure development. Mary holds a BBA in Business Administration from Northwood University and a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Innovation from the University of Tampa.
