Francisco W. has a diverse work experience. Francisco began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Sanwa Growers, Inc in 2011, where they were responsible for processing payroll and acting as a point of contact for managers. Francisco then served as the Head Soccer Coach at Tampa Dynamo FC from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Francisco worked at DDS Lab, Inc. as an HR Representative, focusing on benefits and payroll administration. In 2013, they joined Universal Holdings of North America as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for talent management and strategic staffing planning. Francisco then worked at Sutter Roofing Company and the Pittsburgh Pirates in HR-related roles before transitioning to the Tampa Bay Rays as the Director of HR and Organizational Engagement in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Head Soccer Coach at FC Sarasota.
