Jorge Rodriguez Bogaert

Jorge Rodriguez Bogaert is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Technology at the Asociación de Bancos Comerciales de la República Dominicana since October 2020. Prior to this role, Jorge held positions as a Data Architect and Senior Developer with the Tampa Bay Rays from October 2010 to the present, and as a Database Administrator at Banco Central de la República Dominicana from December 2007 to October 2020. Earlier in Jorge's career, from September 2005 to September 2007, expertise was developed as a Data Analyst at the Oficina Presidencial de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación. Jorge's educational background includes a Master's in Cybersecurity from Universitat de Barcelona (2018-2019), an MBA in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (2014-2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the same institution (2001-2006), complemented by formative years at St. Michael's School in Santo Domingo (1998-2001).
