Kacey McGlone

Kacey McGlone is a seasoned professional in customer service and event management, currently serving as a Season Membership Services Specialist for the Tampa Bay Rays since June 2022, having previously held roles as a Ticket Services & Technology Intern and Customer Service Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes an Events and Outreach Intern position with the Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend, a Guest Relations Associate role at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and a Ticket Office Intern at the FSU Athletics Department, where responsibilities included managing ticket distribution for baseball and football events. Kacey's career began as a Front of House Employee at McAlister's Deli and a 50/50 Raffle Ticket Salesperson for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the 2016-2017 season. Kacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida State University, earned in April 2022.
