Karly Fisher

Karly Fisher is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in sports media relations and event management. Since March 2016, Karly has held various roles with the Tampa Bay Rays, culminating in the position of Manager for Team Travel and Logistics in Minor League Operations and Manager of Communications. Karly has successfully coordinated media relations for over 190 events annually, including high-profile postseason series and the 2020 World Series, while managing media requests and player engagements. Previous experiences include internships and roles with Major League Baseball Advanced Media, the Cleveland Browns, Detroit Red Wings, and New York Mets. Karly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan, where foundational skills in media strategy and public relations were developed. Notably, Karly received the Employee of the Year award following the 2020 season at the Tampa Bay Rays.
