Max Kassan

Max Kassan is an experienced baseball operations professional currently serving as an Assistant in Baseball Operations for the Tampa Bay Rays since January 2021. Kassan has a background in advance scouting, where responsibilities included synthesizing video and data for reports, researching opponents, and communicating findings to the coaching staff. Prior experience includes a Baseball Operations Internship with the Milwaukee Brewers, founding constantbaseball.home.blog to analyze baseball metrics, and working as a Senior Analyst at Athena Global Advisors. Kassan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Swarthmore College and has completed various internships in editorial roles at Men's Fitness Magazine and The Experiment Publishing.
