Micaela Garcia

Micaela Garcia is a skilled communication professional with experience in public affairs and corporate communications, currently serving as the Manager of Public Affairs and Corporate Communications for the Tampa Bay Rays since February 2022. Micaela previously held roles as a Coordinator and Intern within the same department at the Rays. Prior experience includes working as a Social Media Specialist for DCFOF, where responsibilities included organizing posts and creating networking opportunities. Micaela has also contributed as a Sportswriter at the University of North Texas and as an Event Coordinator at Little Wren Wedding. Earlier, experience as a Radio Host at KSAU 90.1 involved compiling news and curating music. Micaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Texas and previously studied Communication Studies at Stephen F. Austin State University.
