Wendy Kirkwood

Wendy Kirkwood has a diverse background in marketing and communications. Wendy'smost recent position was as the Director of New Media Communications at the Tampa Bay Rays, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Social Media at Entrepreneur Media from February 2022 to March 2023. Wendy also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Chiles Group from August 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they held various roles at TradeWinds Island Resorts, including Marketing Director, Creative Content Manager, and Social Media and E-Marketing Manager. Wendy began their career as a Social Media Specialist at The CRUSH Agency and later worked as a Community Manager at Limelight Marketing Consultants.

Wendy Kirkwood completed their Master's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Florida from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Florida State University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Wendy also holds a certification in Public Relations from the University of South Florida, which they obtained in August 2013.
