Diane Norante

Diane Norante is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in communication, office management, and team support. Currently serving as the Director of First Impressions and Marketing Coordinator at Trane since April 2016, Diane ensures that over 30 associates have the necessary tools and support for success. Previous roles include Marketing Coordinator at Spancrete, where brand visibility and marketing materials were enhanced, and Communications Consultant at Norante Creative, where storytelling and promotional strategies were developed for various clients.
