Kathylynn Sedro

Kathylynn Sedro is a seasoned UX Strategist and Researcher with extensive experience at Trane since July 1998, where responsibilities include conducting interviews with field technicians to enhance enterprise product features and implementing ongoing usability studies for design feedback. Additionally, Kathylynn has a strong background in UX research and design, having collaborated on numerous usability studies for HVAC system products and being instrumental in the design of a comprehensive web application for HVAC operations. In parallel, Kathylynn contributes to Alley Shoppe as a UX Researcher and Designer, focusing on creating user-centered websites through diverse research methodologies. Previous roles include software engineering positions at Fischer-Rosemount and Empros & Siemens, where software for process control in various industries was developed. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Minnesota and a diploma from Frank B. Kellogg High School.
