Tim Sample

Tim Sample is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the HVAC and building automation systems sectors. Currently serving as the North America Vice President of Commercial Services & Sales at Trane, Tim leads a team of Regional Vice Presidents across over 60 offices in more than 25 states, focusing on the execution of strategic initiatives and driving business results. Previous roles include Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region and District General Manager for the Rocky Mountain region, where Tim managed teams and operations in multiple states. In addition, Tim contributes to the financial and strategic decision-making of multifamily real estate development as a member of the Investment Advisory Council for Metro Venture Properties and serves on the advisory board for Robert Mazza, Inc., offering insights into business direction. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
