Dwayne Virgint

Dwayne F. Virgint serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tampa Bay Watch since October 2019, overseeing the development of a new aquarium/museum at St. Pete Pier. Previously, Dwayne held the position of President & CEO at Meteor Crater from January to December 2018, where responsibilities included revising the business model and executing a $10M capital improvement plan. As Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center & Indian Pueblos Marketing, Inc. from June 2005 to January 2018, Dwayne drove significant organizational transformations and improvements in sustainability. Earlier roles included Vice-President for Operations at Wildlife Trading Company and various general management positions in the early career, notably increasing sales and profits at the Maritime Aquarium's retail division. Dwayne attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Bridgeport between 1981 and 1985.
