Chuck Carden has extensive experience in water management and operations, currently serving as General Manager at Tampa Bay Water since March 1993. Over the years, Chuck has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations & Facilities, Senior Manager of Infrastructure, and Finance Manager. Prior to this, Chuck worked as a Budget Analyst for Pasco County Government from March 1988 to March 1993. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa, earned between 1983 and 1987.
