Conrad Thornburgh is an experienced water management professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Tampa Bay Water since April 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Veolia Water North America from March 2011 to April 2017, overseeing multiple projects in the Tampa Bay area, and as a Branch Manager at FCC Environmental, managing oil recycling facilities in Florida from March 2007 to March 2011. Additionally, Conrad worked as a Project Manager with USFilter/Veolia/Siemens from August 1997 to March 2007, where responsibilities included managing industrial water treatment projects across several states. Conrad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Marshall University, completed between 1982 and 1988.
