Justin Fox is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in water and wastewater system projects. Since March 2015, Justin has served as the Engineering & Construction Senior Manager at Tampa Bay Water, overseeing the Engineering, Construction, and Survey groups. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at Atkins from February 2007 to March 2015, including Engineering Manager and Construction Project Manager, focusing on project design and management. Justin's career began in the United States Air Force as a Bioenvironmental Engineer from August 2002 to May 2004, specializing in environmental engineering and water quality analysis. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial/Engineering Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
