Kristan Pate Tricarico has extensive experience in facilities management and service coordination, currently serving as the Facilities Services Coordinator at Tampa Bay Water since July 2015. Prior to this, Kristan held the position of Regional Service Manager at MaintenX International from September 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing office staff and field technicians across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions, as well as conducting annual performance reviews. Earlier experience as an Area Service Manager/Dispatcher involved managing and scheduling in-house technicians and subcontractors across 11 states, along with overseeing a daily work order report of 60-80 counts.
