Lynda Vatter

Lynda Vatter has extensive experience in budget administration and finance, currently serving as Budget Administrator at Tampa Bay Water since September 1995. Prior to this role, Lynda worked as a Facilities Management Records Technician for Pasco County Government, focusing on fixed asset management, budget, and expenditures from February 1991 to September 1995.
