Mike Gilliam is an experienced operations manager and logistics chief with a diverse background in water supply and maintenance. Currently serving as the Assistant Regional Operations Manager at Tampa Bay Water since April 2022, Mike previously held the role of Logistics Section Chief at the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, focusing on disaster response and special security events. Between June 2017 and April 2022, Mike worked as the Public Utilities Infrastructure Maintenance Manager for the City of Clearwater, overseeing various water reclamation facilities and pump stations. Mike's extensive experience also includes managing water supply maintenance as the Supervisor for the City of Tulsa for nearly three decades, and working as a plumber on large-scale construction projects with Redding Mechanical. Education includes attendance at St. Petersburg College and Tulsa Community College.
