Dolores (Dee) Garcia has extensive experience in various leadership roles in different companies, ranging from tax talent development to commercial bank training. Dee's expertise includes guiding organizations towards achieving their goals and strategies, as well as implementing innovative programs for talent development. Dolores (Dee) also has a strong background in sales performance improvement and treasury sales. Dee holds both a Bachelor's degree and an MBA in Business from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Currently, Dee serves as the Director of Development & Strategic Community Partnerships at Tampa Bay Wave, a nonprofit technology accelerator.
