Alecia Stanton

Alecia Stanton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and supervisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Supervisor for Warehousing Stores & Investment Recovery at Tampa Electric since May 2024, Alecia previously held leadership positions at Duke Energy Corporation from September 2015 to March 2024, including Manager of Ops Support and multiple supervisor roles. Earlier experience includes positions at Aaron's, Inc. as Service Manager and National Service Administration Manager, along with a brief tenure as Human Resources Manager at Cypress Gardens. Alecia began a career in human resources and safety at Swart's Landscaping, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
