Chris Rill

Chris Rill is an experienced Emergency Management Coordinator at Tampa Electric since July 2022, focused on emergency planning and response strategies. Prior to this role, Chris served as an Emergency Preparedness Planner for the State of Florida Department of Health, coordinating public health emergency response within the county. A distinguished career with the United States Air Force spanned two decades, during which Chris held various leadership positions, including Military Officer, Director of Complaints and Resolution Office, Director of Operations, and Chief of Operational Assessments. Chris's educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from American Military University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Additionally, Chris completed a corporate fellowship with Morgan Stanley, enhancing knowledge of financial industry practices.
