Josh McMann

Josh McMann currently serves as the Manager of Operations at Tampa Electric, overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the Bayside Power Station, a 2100MW facility. With a strong track record in power plant management, Josh has also held roles as Project Manager - Capital Lead and Maintenance Specialist focused on combustion turbines at the same location. Prior experience includes various commissioning engineering positions at SNC-Lavalin, where Josh was involved in the installation and start-up of several control systems for power plants, showcasing expertise in DCS and instrumentation for combined-cycle units. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy and an Associate's degree in Instrumentation and Controls from Northern Maine Community College. Additionally, Josh has completed specialized training in Ovation DCS.
