Patrick Shell

Patrick Shell has an extensive background in asset management, energy delivery, technical services, generation planning, environmental programs, and air programs. With over two decades of experience at Tampa Electric, Patrick has successfully led various large-scale projects and initiatives that have resulted in significant cost savings and operational improvements. Patrick's educational background includes degrees in Microbiology, Environmental Engineering, and an MBA with a focus on Finance, Quality Management, and Leadership. Prior to their time at Tampa Electric, Patrick also served in the US Navy as a Naval officer and worked as a nuclear power plant electrician.
