Russ Human

Russ Human has extensive experience in construction and project management within the energy sector, currently serving as the Storm Protection Program Manager at Tampa Electric since January 2016. In this role, Russ Human oversees the Major Outage Planning and Construction team, managing significant outages that involve $70 million in capital improvements. Previously, Russ Human held roles at TECO Energy as Planning Superintendent, where responsibilities included managing backlog and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards, and at Tampa Electric as Generation Supervisor, where project execution for field construction was a primary focus. Early in the career, Russ Human worked as a Mechanic Certified Welder, contributing to power station maintenance and outages.
