Tracy McPhail Reed Ph.d.

Tracy McPhail Reed, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tampa Electric since June 2020. Prior experience includes over 15 years at TECO Energy, where roles included Manager of Talent Management and Manager of Assessment, Performance, and Development, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement. Tracy has designed and implemented comprehensive selection and assessment systems and led initiatives for leadership development and succession planning. Tracy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, along with a Master of Arts in the same field and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College.
