Willisha Williams

Willisha Williams serves as the Manager of Supplier Diversity at Tampa Electric since February 2019, where responsibilities include the design, implementation, and management of the Procurement Compliance Program and Risk Management Program, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements within the supply chain. Previously, Willisha held the position of Contract Manager at TECO Services, Inc. from 2007 to February 2019, focusing on the procurement and contracting of technology goods and services. Additionally, Willisha has experience as a Contracts Administrator Lead and Sr. Contracts Administrator. Willisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
