Ellen Cannon Mizio

Ellen Cannon Mizio is an accomplished professional in library science with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Administrative Librarian at Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library since October 2011, Mizio has previously held significant positions including NCSTL Fellow at Stetson University College of Law, where extensive research was conducted, and Member Services Consultant at OCLC, focusing on library feedback and support. Mizio also contributed to the Tampa Bay Library Consortium as Member Services Manager, overseeing continuing education programs and managing grants. Additional experience includes being a Bibliographic Services Coordinator and a Catalog Librarian at Florida Southern College. Mizio holds a Master of Science in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vanderbilt University.
