Randy Forister has extensive experience in the field of commercial real estate and development. Randy is currently the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Tampa International Airport, a position they have held since September 2015.
Prior to this, Randy served as the Senior Vice President of Development at Allegheny County Airport Authority from November 2002 to July 2015. In this role, they led the development of over 8,000 acres of land at Pittsburgh International Airport and Allegheny County Airport. Their work resulted in the creation or retention of over 5,000 jobs and attracted over $300 million in private investment.
From November 1991 to 2002, Randy worked as the Real Estate Development Director at Rickenbacker Port Authority. In this position, they oversaw all real estate development activities for the port authority and the Franklin Community Improvement Corporation.
Preceding their work at the port authority, Randy founded and served as the President of Spire Inc., a commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvements, from 1989 to 1991.
Randy Forister, AAE, CCIM has a background in real estate. Randy attended Marylhurst University, where they studied real estate. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Broker from the State of Ohio, obtained in September 1989. Randy also has certifications as an Accredited Airport Executive (AAE) from The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the National Association of REALTORS®.
