Adam Bouchard

VP, Operations at Tampa International Airport

Adam Bouchard is the VP of Operations at Tampa International Airport. Adam has over eight years of experience in customer service and was previously the Manager of Customer Care at American Airlines. In this role, they were responsible for departure and arrival dependability, conflict resolution, safety, and customer relations for over 500 daily flights out of O'Hare.

Adam was also a member of the American Airlines emergency response CARE Team.

Bouchard's accomplishments also include driving efforts to fully implement strategic operational changes that drove double digit gains in daily fleet launch reliability.

Adam Bouchard has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Penn State University in Marketing Analytics. Adam also has a Bachelor's Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aviation Business Administration. Adam is certified by AAAE as Certified Member (CM) and by American Airlines as Presentation Advantage - Stephen Covey Institute.
