Candace Culver has had an extensive career in various leadership roles within the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA since October 2010. Prior to their current position as Senior Vice President Community Partnerships, Candace held roles such as Vice President of Community Partnerships, Vice President Youth Development, Associate Vice President Youth Development, Executive Director Childcare Services, and Program Director Childcare Services. Before their time at the YMCA, Candace worked in merchandising at Home Decorators Collection from 2003 to 2010. Candace holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The University of Alabama.
