Chad Lewis

Chad Lewis is the Director of Technology at Tampa Preparatory School.

Chad began their career in technology in 2001 as the Network Manager for the Polk County School Board. In this role, they maintained the school network and trained teachers in the integration of educational technology tools.

In 2005, they became the Director of Technology at All Saints' Academy, where they were responsible for all facets of IT, including supervision of a 5-person department.

From 1991 to 1992, they served as a Non-commissioned Officer E-5 with the 101st Military Intelligence Battalion.

From 1988 to 1992, they served as a Cryptologic Linguist with the U.S. Army.

Chad Lewis has a Bachelor's degree in Russian and German from The Ohio State University. In addition, they have an MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University. Chad also has certification from Apple as an Apple Teacher, and certification from Cisco Meraki as a Certified Meraki Network Operator. Finally, they have a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.

Chad Lewis reports to Kevin Plummer, Head of School. Some of their coworkers include Ki Perry - Director, Development, Carl Carlson - Head, Upper School, and David Schintzius - Director, Finance & Operations.
