Jon Tavarez

Jon Tavarez is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading companies across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Pro Housekeepers since April 2015, Jon has established a prominent presence in the housekeeping and turnover services industry. Jon also founded Harmony by Pro Housekeepers in July 2019, offering comprehensive property management solutions, and Germaphobix in April 2020, focusing on sanitization and cleaning supplies. In addition to these ventures, Jon is a Limited Partner at TampaBay.Ventures and Co-Founder of Masterminds Tampa Bay. Previous experience includes founding the digital agency Vantage Internet Group, serving as Co-Founder of PodiumPro and Napz, Inc., and holding a leadership role at Toastmasters International. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from the University of South Florida.
