Marcus Adolfsson

Marcus Adolfsson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and investment sectors. Currently serving as General Partner at TampaBay.Ventures since May 2021, Marcus plays a key role in fostering a dynamic startup ecosystem in the Tampa Bay area. As Chief Investment Officer at Axel Investments since October 2013, Marcus oversees the strategic direction of this family-owned private investment company. Previous leadership roles include Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor and SVP at Future, and CEO & Co-Founder of Mobile Nations, which was acquired by Future in 2019. Marcus also founded Smartphone Experts and TreoCentral, and held various senior positions in technology and marketing companies, including Chief Technology Officer at Legendary Marketing and co-founding Level 2 Group. Marcus holds a BSBA in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
