Asma Ahmed

Asma Ahmed currently serves as the Associate Director of Project HR & Operations at Tanager, having joined the organization in September 2022. In this role, Asma provides HR partnership and technical guidance to implement a strategic HR function in Tanager India, focusing on recruiting and training HR talent to enhance program quality and employee experience. Previously, Asma held the position of Human Resources Manager at ACDI/VOCA from August 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies for the USAID-funded Feed the Future Bangladesh Rice and Diversified Crops Activity. Asma's background also includes HR Finance Manager roles at Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium and Médecins Sans Frontières from 2010 to 2014, along with an academic foundation featuring an MBA in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka.
