Srujanwita Mohapatra

Srujanwita Mohapatra currently serves as a Gender Associate at Tanager, where responsibilities include program implementation focused on gender perspectives, strategy planning, and women’s enterprise development as part of the PSFPO project. Previous experience includes a role as a Consultant for training and documentation at Tanager, where Srujanwita assessed and conducted gender training sessions tailored to project needs, and a position as a Training and Development Consultant at Aangan Trust. Earlier experience includes an internship in process documentation at CARE India. Srujanwita holds a Master of Arts in Developmental Studies from Azim Premji University and two Bachelor of Laws degrees from Utkal University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ravenshaw University.
