Olivia Karns

Olivia Karns is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Tanana Chiefs Conference since September 2022. Previously, Olivia worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at both the Alaska Supreme Court and the Alaska Superior Court, and served as an Associate Attorney at Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith Law Firm, specializing in financial institutions and corporate law. Additional experience includes roles as Committee Administrator to the Rules Committee at the Minnesota House of Representatives and Legislative Correspondent for the United States Senate Office of Senator Lisa Murkowski. Olivia holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Gustavus Adolphus College.
