Chad M. Derringer

Chad M. Derringer is the current VP & COO at Tanco Engineering, Inc. Chad has over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Energy industry, with a focus on repairs and new construction of above ground storage tanks.

Derringer began their career in 1992 as a Division Manager at Matrix Service Company. Chad then became President of VACONO AMERICA LLC in 2011, followed by President of Atlas Tank in 2015. In 2017, they joined Associated Tank Constructors as Vice President, before becoming Division Manager - Storage Tanks at J.T. Thorpe & Son, Inc. in 2018. Chad has been with Tanco Engineering since 2019.

Derringer is an experienced executive leader with a proven track record in team building, developing new business, and growing and diversifying businesses. Their competencies include business administration, financial reporting, operations, project management, business development, and sales through relationship-based ideologies.

Chad M. Derringer attended Fullerton College and studied police science.
